He holds an engineering degree from Middle East Technical University and an MBA from the University of San Francisco.

Özgür Zan, graduated from computer engineering in 1999, became the co-founder of Done, the first mobile development company in Turkey. Until 2010, he served as product development VP of Done, then became the CEO of Done. He also pursued his academic career at the same time. He graduated from MBA in 2002 and Ph.D. of Organization and Management in 2008. Done has 32 international awards, exported to 18 countries.
