Kemal’ “Facilities Technical Management” career includes 5 years in Four Seasons Hotel Sultanahmet as Director of Engineering. Followingly he started to Starwood Hotel Group and worked as the testing and commissioning technical manager of Le Meridien Hotel Etiler, Sheraton&Aloft Hotel Bursa. Having served to Starwood Hotels Group for 2 years, he joined the Grand Tarabya Hotel
family and flowingly Martı Hotel Taksim and finished his hotel engineering management career in Hyatt Regency Ataköy executing the Grand Opening. He dedicated himself mostly to the area of engineering department of hotels and experienced in the field. During the 5th World Water Forum in Istanbul, his hotel was awarded by Hotel Greening Program and selected as the Best Greening Hotel in Boutique Hotel category in Turkey. Four Seasons Hotel deserved also the Green Hotel Certificate from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in
2009. His next hotel Le Meridien has been awarded in Europe Category as the Best Sustainable Hotel in 2011. He has TV programs in Facilities Management and International Relations field has published books in “US Greater Middle East Project” in 2005 and the From “the Chaos in the Middle East to the Chaos in the World”. He is the founding and current Chairman of the Board of International Association of Facilities Technical Managers. He is the Turkish Associate of Group FSA- Amsterdam and Works on FREM (Facilities Management adding value to Real Estate) Project.
